Guided Meditation for Flow

There is a much bigger reason you are meant to write your book.

Let your book come from your soul and not your ego. Your book is already written, you are just the conduit. It's not your responsibility to overthink and try and figure out everything you need to say. All you need to do is be open, and allow the messages to come through you.

It’s all about tapping into your intuition where your book already exists in the quantum, before getting all up in your head. You want to get into a state of flow so you can channel your words into reality. This is true creativity. Remember:

  • Right-brain before left-brain

  • Heart before head

  • Energy before analysis

  • Courage before clarity

  • Receptivity before reason

  • Flow before structure

Step 1: Guided Meditation

🎧 Listen to the guided meditation above which will guide you into a state of flow so you can effortlessly channel your book’s message, without the overthinking. Find a quiet place to sit, close your eyes, and get into a state of receptivity.

Step 2: Take a few minutes each to journal on the following questions:

There’s no right or wrong answer. Just listen to your intuition. Allow yourself to receive the information from a state of receptivity and not your left (logical) brain.

  1. What does my intuition/higher-self want to write about?

  2. Why should I write this book now?

  3. How is writing a book part of my legacy?

  4. How does it feel to be in an open, receptive state, and connected to your higher-self?

Practice getting yourself into this state every time you sit down to write. Feel what it is that’s wanting to come through and write it down without judgment.
